Basic element

Elemental characteristic is one of the oldest, simplest, and most useful personality typologies. Conscious work with the elements can help us better understand who we are and what role we are meant to play in this world. By studying the elements, we can return to the wisdom of our ancestors and, like them, honour the sacred essence of life. In The Missing Element, astrologer and therapist Debra Silverman introduces the world of the elements and also offers a map to help us navigate it. Using examples of real people, she explains how fire, air, water, and earth can manifest in a person's character, how we can tell if our elements are in balance, and also teaches us how to rebalance any imbalances.
In The Missing Element you will learn, among other things: What is your elemental nature? Which elements are strong in you and which is the weakest? Do your elements manifest in a healthy or unhealthy way? How can you bring them back into balance? How do typical women and men under the rule of water, earth, air, and fire behave? Do you recognise yourself in this description? Do you understand someone close to you better because of it? What can be achieved in life by mastering your primary element?
