The theatre has a magical charm. Eleven-year-old Františka knows this all too well; after school, she's more excited about her drama club than going home. But why does the group leader, Mirek, forbid his theatre troupe from befriending other children? Why does he insist that a proper actress must always trust her director completely, and why does he force his young students to undress? It seems the sleepy little town where Františka lives has been hiding a dark secret for many years – a secret that everyone sort of knows about, but no one is willing to discuss.
