Two Separate Cooking Zones
The appliance contains two separate chambers, each with a capacity of 5.2 litres. The total capacity is 10.4 litres, which is enough to prepare food for up to 12 people. The interior space is divided into two parts, allowing you to work with different ingredients simultaneously. Each zone operates independently with its own temperature and time settings. This means you can cook meat in one basket and a side dish in the other without the aromas mixing.
Air Advantage Technology
The heat distribution system uses a flow of hot air to heat food quickly. This technology creates a crispy outer layer while keeping the ingredients juicy on the inside. Preparing meals requires very little oil or can be done completely fat-free. The resulting food retains its natural flavour and texture. The air circulation in the enclosed space prevents the escape of odours that normally accompany traditional frying.
Seven Selectable Programmes
Users can choose between seven preset modes for different culinary processes. These include air frying, roasting, grilling, dehydrating, and a Max Crisp programme. The temperature can be set in 5°C increments from 85°C to 210°C. The timer can be set in one-minute intervals for up to one hour. Higher temperatures are used to quickly achieve a crispy surface on chips or meat within 30 minutes.
Sync Cooking Function
The Sync Cooking function coordinates the finishing time of two different dishes so they are ready at the same moment. The Match Settings system, in turn, transfers the set values from one zone to the other. An automatic alert to shake the food helps ensure the ingredients in the baskets cook evenly. The built-in timer automatically pauses the process when the set time has elapsed, and the default setting for the favourite buttons is 180°C for 20 minutes.
Monitor Cooking Without Opening the Baskets
The front of both baskets features transparent windows for visually checking the status of your food. There is no need to pull out the frying baskets to check, which would unnecessarily lower the temperature inside the appliance. The heat remains concentrated inside the cooking chambers, and there is no heat loss.
Maintenance
The inner surface of the containers is coated with a PFAS-free ceramic layer. The all-metal body of the fryer helps to distribute heat evenly throughout the entire cycle. The removable frying baskets are dishwasher-safe, reducing maintenance time. After cooking is complete, the appliance can keep food warm for 20 minutes. Safe operation requires a free space of 100mm around all sides of the appliance.
