The de Buyer CERANOA aluminium deep frying pan has a diameter of 24cm and is suitable for all hob types. Its internal ceramic surface is PFAS-free and allows you to cook with a small amount of fat. The thick forged base ensures even heat distribution. The pan can also be used for baking in the oven up to 200°C.
