The AK620 White cooler features Core Touch Technology 2.0, which provides an optimised heat pipe layout for maximum contact with the processor surface. The precision-machined, nickel-plated convex copper base plate enables efficient heat dissipation from the processor's integrated heat spreader. Six 6mm copper heat pipes transfer heat to the dense, finned twin-tower structure, which ensures high cooling efficiency even for high-performance systems. With a maximum heat dissipation of 260W, the cooler is ready to handle demanding applications and high-frequency overclocking.
Quiet operation and easy installation
Two 120mm fans with FDB fluid dynamic bearings offer a service life of 50000 hours and ensure quiet operation with a maximum noise level of 28dB(A) under full load. PWM control enables automatic speed adjustment based on the processor temperature, ranging from 500–1850rpm. The all-metal mounting kit, including the necessary tools, ensures a simple and stable installation on both Intel and AMD platforms. A compact height of 160mm allows for use in most standard PC cases, while the 43mm clearance above the memory modules can be extended to 59mm when using a single fan.
