The DJI Mavic Air Drone can Handle 4K Video
The built-in camera with an improved image sensor has a 12Mpx resolution (including HDR support and a 32Mpx panorama photo). It shoots 4K video at an incredible 30 frames per second. With Full HD recording, however, the frame rate will increase to a great 120FPS. The Mavic Air Drone will capture all your epic high-speed adventures. Video storage has jumped almost twice to a 100Mb/sec data stream. The DJI Mavic Air drone camera is equipped with an f/2.8 lens This together with the three-axis mechanical gimbal gives you steadier shots of a high quality.
FlightAutonomy 2.0 for Maximum Flight Safety
The sophisticated FlightAutonomy 2.0 sensor system collects environmental information and transmits it to the computing unit. The result is the accurate evaluation of the optimum flight parameters.
The Real-time VIO technology evaluates the speed and height of the drone and positions it accordingly. A pair of cameras measure the altitude of the drone so the on-board processor can calculate more precise hovering and better flight performance.
The Advanced Aircraft Assist Systems (APAS) of the drone enables you to actively overcome obstacles ahead of it and surrounding it. By using the collected data, the processor can create a 3D map of the surrounding area so the drone can operate without crashing.
Foldable Remote Control
The drone is as tall and wide as a smartphone when folded. It fits perfectly into your hand and will certainly be a great device for the beginner. The detachable control sticks can be stored inside the remote controller to pack more comfortably on the go.
Gesture Control
DJI has been producing drones for many years and is a world leader in this area. The developers have not only optimised the application environment, but they have also managed to develop a unique system of object recognition and tracking. The so-called Gesture Mode is an entirely new level of control. Fun, simple, and intuitive, SmartCapture offers a new and interactive way of controlling the Mavic Air by hand. Launch and control the drone with hand gestures, then take photos or videos however you like. You can set the drone to track you. If you close your hands together and create a rectangle with your fingers, ActiveTrack takes a picture after a 3-second countdown.
