The ETA DigiChef 8155 90000 contact grill is suitable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and sandwiches. The two grilling surfaces, measuring 28 × 23.7cm, can be used as either smooth or ribbed thanks to their reversible design. Separate controls allow you to set the temperature of each plate independently in the range of 80–230°C. A removable temperature probe monitors the temperature inside the food being prepared, and the Sear mode reaches approximately 280°C to quickly sear meat. Five automatic programmes, a timer and an LED display make it easy to set the grill for your chosen dish.
