The FSP UPS ST 850 line-interactive backup power supply provides reliable protection for connected electronics, with a total apparent power of 850VA and a real power of 510W. At full load, the backup time is 1 minute, which extends to 4 minutes at half load. The device effectively compensates for fluctuations in the mains and maintains a stable power supply for connected devices, even during unexpected power outages. A single 12V battery with a capacity of 9Ah provides power in emergency mode. It takes 6 to 8 hours of normal mains operation to charge the built-in battery to 90% of its total capacity. The device has an integrated quiet fan for active cooling of its internal components, and the noise level does not exceed 40dB at a distance of 1m.

Performance and power stabilisation
The FSP UPS ST 850 backup power supply operates at 68.84% efficiency at 100% load, while at half load, its efficiency is 75.22%. The integrated Automatic Voltage Regulation system continuously compensates for fluctuations within the range of 162 to 290V AC without drawing power from the battery. In the event of a power outage, the power supply switches to battery mode within a typical 6ms, with the transfer time not exceeding 10ms and the output voltage having a simulated sine wave waveform.
Connectivity
Four standard Schuko sockets provide backup power and surge protection for end devices. A USB communication interface ensures connection to a computer, and there are also dedicated RJ-45 ports designed to protect the data network from dangerous voltage spikes. The built-in LCD display clearly shows the current operating status, load level, and battery capacity.
