Players can choose from a diverse roster of wrestlers and engage in tough clashes against the computer or challenge a friend in local multiplayer. There are also co-operative team battles where teamwork is the key to victory.
BASEBALL STARS 2
After a dose of wrestling action comes BASEBALL STARS 2, one of the most acclaimed sports titles on the NEOGEO platform. Dynamic baseball games combine simple controls with a fast pace, making the game enjoyable for both newcomers and experienced players. In addition to battling against friends, it also offers a challenging Pennant Race mode, which features a series of fifteen matches against computer-controlled opponents.
BLAZING STAR
The sporting atmosphere is then replaced by space action in BLAZING STAR, one of the best-rated shoot 'em up games on the NEOGEO. Players venture into dangerous galactic conflicts filled with enemy ships, massive bosses, and non-stop gunfire. Precise controls, a fast pace, and impressive visual effects make every mission an intense test of reflexes.
FATAL FURY SPECIAL
After the battles in space, it's time for classic one-on-one combat in FATAL FURY SPECIAL. Terry Bogard returns to the arena along with other well-known characters, competing in thrilling matches based on speed, timing, and proper tactics. An extensive roster of fighters and a sophisticated combat system rank the game among the most significant titles of the fighting genre of its time.
KING OF THE MONSTERS
The action-packed pace continues in KING OF THE MONSTERS, where players take control of giant monsters inspired by classic kaiju films. Monumental battles destroy cities, demolish buildings, and deliver entertaining clashes between gigantic adversaries. The game can be enjoyed alone or with a partner, where two players can team up to face dangerous computer-controlled enemies.
METAL SLUG 4
The next chapter in the collection is METAL SLUG 4, a sequel to the famous action series known for its hand-drawn graphics and distinctive humour. Familiar veterans Marco and Fio, along with new heroes Trevor and Nadia, go into battle against the terrorist organisation Amadeus. Players can expect explosive firefights, a variety of vehicles, and challenging missions full of enemies.
ROBO ARMY
Following the military operation is ROBO ARMY, a classic beat 'em up action game set in the futuristic Neo Detroit. The city is controlled by the Hell Jeed organisation, and the only hope lies with cybernetic warriors ready to fight their way through hordes of opponents. Dynamic combat, powerful attacks, and the option for co-operative play deliver exactly the kind of arcade fun that made the genre famous in the nineties.
METAL SLUG 4
The finale of the Evercade NEOGEO Arcade Collection 4 belongs to THE KING OF FIGHTERS 2002, one of the most acclaimed instalments in the famous fighting series. Players assemble their own three-person team from a star-studded cast of fighters and embark on a journey to become the champion. Fast-paced matches, elaborate combo attacks, and a wide selection of characters provide a fitting conclusion to a collection that summarises the best of the rich history of NEOGEO arcade games.
