Gerlach NATUR Casserole with lid 28 cm 4,2 l
Gerlach NATUR Casserole with lid 28 cm 4,2 l
The Gerlach Natur casserole with lid has one of the best ceramic coatings available on the market - Ilag Xera Dur 2 Ceramic Non Stick. It consists of two layers: top layer of Xerogel with metallic effect and base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking. In addition to excellent wear resistance, the coating has special properties that prevent food from sticking to the surface and burning. The surface is completely safe for health, free of harmful substances such as PTFE and PFOA, and does not release toxic gases when heated. In addition, the Xerogel topcoat minimizes heat-induced cracking. The four-layer bottom with a stainless steel disc with a uniform surface allows even heat distribution, which reduces cooking time and saves energy. In the production of Natur pots, the modern Die-Cast technology was used. The technology consists of injecting metal into a mould, which allows the exact shape to be achieved. The shaped aluminium has the appropriate thickness and density, which makes the pot resistant to deformation and ensures long-lasting strength.

Durable and comfortable pot with lid Gerlach NATUR
The pot is equipped with a perfectly matched tempered glass lid with silicone rim. High-quality tempered glass is durable and resistant to high temperatures, the silicone rim ensures a precise fit to the shape of the container. There are two types of sieves in the lid to facilitate straining and pouring of liquids. The pot is suitable for use on all types of cookers - electric, gas, ceramic and induction. It is not recommended to wash the pot in the dishwasher.
Note:
Due to the specific design of the Natur cookware, which allows the pot to be used in the oven (without a lid), it is important to remember that the handles also heat up during heating. Therefore, it is necessary to use protective accessories against burns, for example silicone or fabric.
