Image Quality
The 1/2.8” Progressive CMOS sensor provides a sharp and clear image at a maximum resolution of 2304 × 1296 px at frame rates of up to 15 FPS. The fixed lens with a 3.6mm focal length offers a field of view of 88° horizontal, 45° vertical, and 107° screen size, allowing you to monitor an extensive scene without blind spots. Efficient video compression using modern H.264 and H.265 codecs significantly reduces bandwidth requirements and saves space on the storage media used, while maintaining the high quality of the captured footage.
Flexible Hybrid Night Vision
This camera offers an advanced night vision system with a maximum range of up to 20m, which can adapt to specific conditions. A standard infrared mode is available for discreet black-and-white recording in the dark, a full-colour mode using integrated LED spotlights, and an intelligent smart mode. In this setting, the camera automatically switches from the infrared spectrum to intense colour illumination upon detecting suspicious movement, providing you with conclusive colour footage of the perpetrator.
Smart Detection and Active Deterrence
The integrated PIR sensor, combined with modern artificial intelligence algorithms, ensures accurate detection of people and vehicles, thus minimising the risk of false alarms caused by insects or falling leaves. The Motion Track feature allows the camera to automatically follow and keep moving objects in the frame for the entire time they are present in the monitored zone. In the event of a breach of the designated area, a loud 120 dB siren is activated along with a light alarm, which helps to deter uninvited visitors.
Two-Way Audio for Full Control
The device is equipped with a sensitive built-in microphone and a powerful speaker, which together enable full two-way communication in real time. This allows you to easily speak to people in front of the camera, give instructions to a courier with a parcel, or sternly warn strangers on your property. The sound system is also used to broadcast a customisable warning tone, which is automatically triggered upon detecting an incident and alerts the surroundings to a security breach.
Reliable Storage on Card and Cloud
The camera offers several options for storing recorded video footage, depending on your preferences. There is a built-in slot for a MicroSD memory card, which supports media up to 256GB for local storage with no additional fees. If you prefer maximum data security against physical damage or theft of the camera, you can use private cloud storage, where your recordings are continuously backed up.
Connectivity and Application
Seamless connectivity is ensured by support for 4G LTE mobile networks, which simply requires inserting a nano SIM card, allowing for installation in locations without Wi-Fi coverage. Device management and live stream viewing are facilitated by the Imou Life mobile app for iOS and Android operating systems, or software for Windows, with support for the Amazon Alexa voice assistant also included. Thanks to the implementation of the standardised ONVIF protocol, it ensures wide compatibility with third-party network recorders and monitoring systems.
