Customisable E-Ink Display
The Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter features an innovative 6-colour E-Ink display that turns the microphone into a distinctive element of your creation. Using the Insta360 app, you can upload your own image, logo, or graphic to the display and easily match the look of the microphone to your brand. You'll appreciate this practical solution when recording interviews, vlogs, corporate content, and professional projects where not only sound quality but also visual impression matters.
3-Microphone Array for Natural Sound Recording
The advanced 3-microphone array captures a wider and more natural sound field, so the Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter easily adapts to different types of filming. Cardioid mode is ideal for vlogs, livestreams, voiceovers, or ASMR, while Figure-8 mode is perfect for interviews and two-person conversations. This gives you clean and accurate sound exactly for the situation you're filming.
Smart Ambient Noise Cancellation
When filming outdoors, on the go, or in a busy environment, you'll appreciate the advanced NPU noise cancellation. This technology helps to enhance the voice and reduce unwanted background sounds, making the final recording sound cleaner and more professional. The Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter allows you to focus on the content itself without tedious sound adjustments for every shot.
Automatic Gain Control
The Auto Gain Control function automatically adjusts the volume level according to the intensity of your voice. You don't have to manually set the microphone sensitivity or worry about the sound being too quiet or overdriven. Modes for different types of environments are available, so the microphone easily adapts to regular filming at home, outdoors, and in dynamic situations.
Internal 32-bit Float Recording
The Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter can record audio directly to its own internal memory, also functioning as a standalone recorder. The internal 32-bit float recording captures a wide dynamic range and helps reduce the risk of distortion during sudden changes in volume. You'll appreciate this for interviews, reports, travel filming, and situations where you need the assurance of a quality backup track.
Direct Connection with Insta360 Cameras
A major advantage of the Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter is the ability to pair directly with select Insta360 cameras without needing a receiver. The microphone can be connected to cameras like the Insta360 X5, Ace Pro 2, GO Ultra, and other compatible models. The sound is recorded in high-quality 48kHz, which simplifies the entire workflow from filming to subsequent editing.
Compact Design for Everyday Creation
Thanks to its small size and low weight, the Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter is comfortable to wear even during longer shoots. The package includes a magnetic mount, a clip, and a windshield, so you can easily attach it to clothing and prepare it for various conditions. The practical accessories allow for quick use when filming at home, outdoors, on the move, and on the go.
Long Battery Life on a Single Charge
The Insta360 Mic Pro Transmitter offers a battery life of up to 10 hours, making it suitable for longer shooting days. The reliable battery gives you plenty of time for interviews, vlogs, reports, and travel shots without the need for frequent recharging. Charging is done via a USB-C cable, which is included in the package.

Microphone Principle
A dynamic microphone is suitable for open performances, live broadcasts, music production, etc. It uses a magnet and a moving coil to capture sound.
A condenser microphone is mainly used for studio purposes. It has higher sensitivity and lower noise. It must be powered separately.
Frequency Range
The frequency range indicates the range of frequency values that the microphone records. The wider the range, the more sounds it can record.
Low frequencies (e.g., 20–200Hz): Bass, the deepest tones of instruments (double bass, kick drum) and male voices.
Mid frequencies (e.g., 200–3,000Hz): The body of instruments, the foundation of the voice where the ear is most sensitive, important for speech intelligibility.
High frequencies (e.g., 3,000–14,000Hz): Treble, details, sibilance, and the "shine" of the sound.
Air band (above 14,000Hz): Gives recordings a feeling of expensive, super high-quality sound and space.
Sensitivity
Microphone sensitivity is the ratio of the output voltage to the acoustic pressure. It expresses how loud a signal the microphone produces at a given acoustic pressure; higher sensitivity means a stronger voltage and is suitable for quiet studios, while lower sensitivity is better for noisy environments because it amplifies less unnecessary ambient noise.
