Kensington MagPro Elite Privacy Screen Filter for MacBook Pro 16" (2021)
Kensington MagPro Elite magnetic privacy filter for Apple MacBook Pro 16" (2021 and newer)
The Kensington MagPro Elite magnetic privacy filter for Apple MacBook Pro 16" (2021 and newer) is designed to provide first-class privacy protection while maintaining the full functionality of your device. This filter easily attaches to the MacBook Pro's frame using built-in magnets, allowing you to completely close the notebook and put it into sleep mode. By narrowing the viewing angle to ±30°, it protects sensitive information on the screen from prying eyes. The filter also reduces blue light by up to 30%, which alleviates eye strain and improves sleep quality. A low-reflection surface finish reduces glare, improving screen readability in various lighting conditions. The reversible design offers a choice between a matte surface, which reduces glare and fingerprints, and a glossy surface for a clearer picture.
- Privacy protection: Narrows the viewing field to ±30°. Only you can see the content on your screen, preventing prying eyes from those around you.

- Compatibility: MacBook Pro 16" (2021 and newer).
- Screen protection: Adds an extra layer that prevents scratches and damage to the display.
- Easy removal and attachment: The privacy filter's mounting allows for repeated removal, or you can use the included adhesive tape for a discreet look.

Magnetic attachment for the privacy filter
The Kensington MagPro Elite privacy filter easily attaches to the frame of your MacBook Pro 16" using built-in magnets. There's no need for complicated installation or potentially damaging adhesives.
Compatibility with MacBook Pro 16" (2021 and newer)
The slim design allows the notebook to close completely and enter sleep mode while the filter is attached. The Kensington MagPro Elite privacy filter includes a webcam cutout, ensuring an uninterrupted video conferencing experience.
Limited viewing angle
With a viewing angle of ±30°, our privacy filters ensure that the content on your screen remains perfectly protected from the prying eyes of those around you, and is visible only to the person directly in front of the monitor. This feature is ideal for working in open offices, public spaces or while travelling, where data privacy is key. This protection allows you to work safely with sensitive information without having to worry about it being exposed to unauthorised individuals.
Anti-glare and blue light filter
The built-in anti-glare and blue light filter not only effectively alleviates eye strain during prolonged monitor use, but also helps to protect your vision from the harmful effects of emitted blue light. This technology helps minimise the risk of unpleasant eye strain and headaches, while also reducing the likelihood of disrupting your natural sleep cycle, which is negatively affected by exposure to blue light in the evening. The result is not only more comfortable work, but also support for healthy, quality rest.
Antimicrobial surface finish
Prevents the growth of mould and bacteria that can cause stains and odours on the surface of the Kensington MagPro Elite filter.
Low-reflection layer
A special low-reflection layer reduces glare from external light sources, thereby improving the readability and clarity of the on-screen image.
Reversible design
One side of the filter has a matte finish that effectively reduces glare and minimises the visibility of fingerprints, ensuring better screen readability even in challenging lighting conditions. This side is ideal for working in high-intensity light environments, such as offices with large windows or for outdoor use. The other side is glossy, which enhances colour saturation and provides a clearer, more detailed image, making it suitable for activities where accurate image reproduction is important, such as working with graphics or watching videos. The ability to choose between these two finishes lets you adapt the filter to your current needs and environment.
High scratch resistance
The filter's durable surface is designed to effectively resist scratches and other mechanical damage during daily use. It is tested for up to 2H hardness, meaning it can easily withstand contact with hard objects such as pencils or other office supplies. This high resistance not only extends the filter's lifespan but also provides reliable protection for the screen against unwanted scratches, scuffs or other signs of wear. This makes it an ideal choice for demanding work environments where the device is frequently handled, or for users who place a high value on the long-term aesthetics and functionality of their device.
