How can I use gift vouchers when shopping?

  1. The voucher value will be deducted from your purchase price after entering the code in the online store at www.alza.at.
  2. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced. It can only be used once.

How is a refund handled if I return or claim goods purchased with a gift voucher?

  1. For goods purchased using a gift voucher, any refund (in case of withdrawal from the contract or a justified claim) may be issued as a replacement voucher or as credit toward the purchase of other products.

How long is the voucher valid, and what happens afterwards?

  1. The validity period varies; you can always find the exact expiry date in the product details of the corresponding voucher.

Will my voucher be replaced if I lose it?

  1. A voucher cannot be replaced if lost.

Are there any additional conditions for using vouchers?

  2. Purchases are governed by the current General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Alza claims policy.

How does the purchase of digital content (e.g. video games) work?

  1. Purchasing electronic content works through the shopping cart in the same way as physical goods. We recommend reading the conditions for purchasing electronic content, which are described in the Terms and Conditions.
  2. When using any electronic content purchased from Alza (e.g. software, PC games, console games, etc.), the customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable licence terms, and copyright regulations for the respective product, as well as all obligations set out therein.
  3. The customer is not allowed to copy or otherwise reproduce purchased electronic content, create excerpts or partial copies, or use it in any way that violates copyright or other legal provisions and/or the product’s licence terms.
