Lékué Microperforated baking mat 40 × 30 cm, brown

Do you want your recipes to be evenly cooked and come out nice and crispy? Then this is the pad for you. This micro-perforated baking mat has tiny holes all over the surface to ensure even heat distribution during baking and to filter water from the dough, ensuring an incredibly crispy finish for your recipes. The platinum silicone mat has a double-sided print that allows you to prepare delicious éclairs on one side and savoury and sweet chouquettes on the other. Surprise your guests with recipes from Lékué! Despite the specific instructions, this platinum silicone mat can be used for any recipe that needs a crispy surface, such as biscuits.

TIP:
To ensure your recipes are cooked to crispy perfection, you should use the microperforated mat together with a microperforated baking sheet or grill. And if you want to easily spread the dough according to the drawn patterns of the mat, check out the new set of reusable decorating bags from Lékué.
