The clear display allows you to set the drying time, including automatic shut-off, as well as the temperature from 35-70 °C. In addition, despite its 500 W output, it is quiet. Maintenance is very easy as all plates are dishwasher safe. Each tray has the option of removing the middle section for making yoghurt, and there is an extra tray in the pack for drying herbs.
