Memories full of scents

War tore them apart. Love brought them back together.

The year is 1942 and in occupied Paris, a fateful meeting takes place between a young German soldier, Christoph, and a charming French cook, Sylvie. Then, their paths are separated by the war... Six decades later, a talented concert pianist, Julia, comes to visit her mentor and close friend, Christoph. By chance, she discovers an old, handwritten cookbook in his flat. Using meals from Sylvie's recipes, she helps Christoph, whose health is deteriorating and memory is fading, to revive forgotten events and memories of the woman he never stopped loving. Will Sylvie and Christoph ever meet again, despite the relentless passage of time?
