Mikrotik FTC21
The Mikrotik FTC21 Media Converter is used to convert between optical and metallic forms of Ethernet connection. The device supports a transmission speed of 2,500Mbps and operates at TX 1,310nm for transmitting and RX 1,550nm for receiving signals, enabling efficient two-way communication over a single optical fibre. The device has one SFP optical port and two metallic Ethernet ports. Its IP55-rated construction protects the sensitive internal electronics from moisture, dust, mechanical damage, and adverse weather conditions, allowing for outdoor installation. The converter features a compact size, which facilitates installation in tight spaces of switchboards or on a wall. The device meets international standards for safe and reliable operation in telecommunication networks.

Flexible Powering Options
The system is powered by the included mains adapter or via an Ethernet cable with PoE technology. The input voltage on both the DC jack and PoE-in supports a wide range from 24V to 57V. A 48V power supply with a current of 0.95A is included in the package.
