nJoy Argus 1200

The nJoy Argus 1200 backup power supply is a 2U rack-mounted power protection solution. This UPS uses line-interactive topology and delivers a true power output of 720W. Its key feature is a pure sine wave output, which ensures the seamless operation of sensitive servers, network components and workstations. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) actively stabilises network fluctuations between 165 and 290V, saving the battery for a complete power outage. At half load, it powers connected devices for 11.5 minutes, and at full load, for 3 minutes, providing enough time to safely save work and shut down systems.

Management, construction and operating conditions

For local management and monitoring, the power supply is equipped with RS232 and HID USB ports. For advanced remote management over a network, the unit can be fitted with an optional SNMP card. The PowerMonitor software enables detailed monitoring of the UPS status and configuration of automatic shutdown for connected computers. The nJoy Argus 1200 backup power supply is designed for mounting in standard 19" rack cabinets, where it occupies 2U of height. Its precise dimensions are 88×438×430mm and it weighs 15.29kg. 

Operating environment, connectivity and sockets

The operating noise level does not exceed 50dB, which is consistent with a typical office environment. The power supply is designed for operation in a temperature range of 0 to 40°C and at a relative humidity of 0 to 90% without condensation. These parameters define the suitable environment for its reliable and long-term function. Four IEC C13 output sockets are provided for connecting appliances. All sockets offer both battery backup and surge protection. The equipment also includes protection for an RJ-45 data network and an RJ-11 telephone line.
