Noctua NA-SAVP5
Noctua NA-SAVP5
The Noctua NA-SAVP5 anti-vibration pad prevents the transfer of vibrations from fans to the computer case structure or CPU cooler. These damping elements absorb the small vibrations that occur during the operation of the cooling system. The silicone material absorbs mechanical shocks and contributes to the quieter running of the entire computer without negatively affecting airflow. The set contains a total of 16 pads, designated NA-AVP5, which is enough to fit up to two compatible 92mm or 80mm fans.
Key Features of the Noctua NA-SAVP5 Anti-Vibration Pad
- Package contains 16 silicone pads
- Silicone rubber effectively absorbs fan vibrations
- Pads fit 80mm and 92mm fans
- The design maintains compatibility with standard screws
- The soft material is highly resistant to damage
- The set is sufficient to equip two fans on both sides
Effective Damping
Computer fans commonly transfer minor vibrations to the case, passive CPU coolers, or other mounting frames. These vibrations then manifest as unpleasant resonant noise. By using these damping elements, you will significantly reduce the spread of resonant sounds through the structure of the entire computer. Installing the pads at the contact points separates the mechanical parts, which leads to a demonstrable reduction in the total noise emissions of the cooling system.
Durable Silicone Material
The manufacturer chose extra-soft silicone rubber for these accessories. This flexible material is highly resistant to tearing during installation and long-term use in the heated environment of a computer case. The specific properties of silicone maintain the stability of the damping effect over time and simplify repeated handling of the pads. The combination of flexibility and strength helps to preserve the damping capabilities for many years.
Fan Compatibility
The shape of the damping elements precisely matches selected 92mm and 80mm fans. Compatibility includes popular Noctua fan models, such as the NF-A9 or NF-A8 series. These silicone pads do not prevent the use of standard mounting screws or most other commonly supplied installation systems. The design of the pads maintains the full functionality of the fasteners without the need to modify the mounting holes.
Aesthetic Component Matching of the Noctua NA-SAVP5 Anti-Vibration Pad
The brown design corresponds to the traditional Noctua brand colour scheme. These accessories help create subtle colour accents, for example on fans from the dark Chromax line. You can easily match the look of the internal computer components into a cohesive aesthetic concept. By using the original brown shade on black or grey fans, you create a specific visual contrast that complements the design of the entire cooling system.
