Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3
This cooler, designed for AMD Ryzen processors with a TR4 / SP3 socket uses automatic speed control and sophisticated slats. It directs airflow so that the cooling of key components is as effective as possible. Unlike many other fans, the NOCTUA NH-U14S also has silicone legs, raising it above the surrounding surface to dampen out vibrations. The fan is light-weight (only 1030g) and it operates remarkably quietly - after attaching the low-noise adapter, it will not exceed 19.2dB. On the acoustic scale, the NOCTUA NH-U14S cooleris almost 10dB quieter than a whisper .

It specifies the volume of air a fan can move in an open space, which is crucial for overall case ventilation. Conversely, static pressure is more important for cooling through dense obstacles, such as radiator fins.
It is used for centralized control and synchronization of the color lighting of multiple computer components at once. This allows for the unification of lighting effects and colors across the entire build.
It specifies which AMD processor socket types the cooler is designed for. Compatibility is necessary because different sockets have different mounting hole layouts for attaching the cooler.
