How to make coffee in the Pedrini AROMA CHIC 09958 moka pot
Pour cold water into the bottom chamber of the Pedrini AROMA CHIC 09958 moka pot, exactly up to the level of the safety valve. Fill the filter with medium-ground coffee, levelling it to the rim, but do not tamp it down. Then, screw the pot together tightly and place it on a low flame or an electric hob. As soon as the coffee starts to make its characteristic gurgling sound and fills the upper chamber, remove the pot immediately to prevent the coffee from burning and becoming bitter.
