How to brew in the Pedrini AROMA CHIC 09965 moka pot
Pour cold water into the bottom chamber of the Pedrini AROMA CHIC 09965 moka pot, exactly up to the level of the safety valve. Fill the filter with medium-ground coffee, level it to the rim, but do not tamp it down. Then, screw the pot together tightly and place it over a low flame or on an electric hob. As soon as the coffee starts its characteristic gurgle and fills the top chamber, remove the pot immediately to prevent the coffee from burning and becoming bitter.
