REACTIVE LIGHTING and performance
The Petzl Nao RL headlamp uses ten LEDs and intelligent REACTIVE LIGHTING technology that automatically adjusts the brightness of the light to the surrounding environment. This saves the user from having to manually switch between modes and saves battery at the same time. The light is evenly distributed, powerful and natural to the eye - ideal for fast movement in unlit terrain.
Design and durability
The body of the Petzl Nao RL headlamp is resistant to rain and splash water (IPX4), while ergonomically shaped for even weight distribution. The rear part with the battery is connected to the front unit by a light and stable strap. The battery indicator provides information on the charge status and the lock function prevents accidental switching on in the backpack.
Power and comfort
The rechargeable battery provides a maximum operating time of 2 hours at full power and up to 80 hours at low intensity. Charging is done via USB-C, which allows for quick recharging even with a power bank. With a weight of 145 grams, the headlamp is still easy to wear even during longer training or racing.

Light flux
It is specified in Lumens (lm) and the higher the value, the more intensely the headlamp shines. Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of light intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously.
