Pro-Ject Essential II + OM5E - Red

The Pro-Ject Essential II turntable is an improvement of its predecessor that is now enhanced with a quieter synchronous motor and a DC powered motor. This new motor control effectively minimises unwanted vibration, thereby transmitting a cleaner sound. The silicone belt drive and the tonearm made from a single piece of aluminium with new sapphire bearings also help contribute to this class-leading sound quality. In short, even true fans and genuine lovers of music reproduction will be impressed.

It's also important to note that any unwanted resonance is effectively transferred to the base of the tonearm and then to the chassis. The main part of the chassis is made of a lightweight but very stiff particle board. The turntable also comes with a transparent plexi dust cover and pre-mounted Ortofon OM5E cartridge. So you simply plug in an appropriate preamp system and enjoy excellent quality music!
