Very good sound quality
Easy installation
To achieve high quality sound, you must install Sound Blaster bloatware and disable all software effects and profiles to achieve a raw experience (Direct Mode: ON)
Less than ideal legacy software support and the need to switch between Sound Blaster and integrated audio (either high bitrate or bad mapping in the system)
A bit unclear connectors

I have the card connected to an Edifier R1700BT 2.0 speaker
An incredible experience of sound, music, film, games.
I am now using my Edifier R1700BT speakers to their full potential.
I don't care about the price in this case.
Creativ = Quality.

As a product, the sound card is very high quality. Gold-plated connectors, shielding, all this indicates that Creative, the company that produces the sound cards, is walking the walk with the product and it is not a cheap product. Unfortunately, the control program is a bit of a snag. The control software must be downloaded from the Creativ website and directly from the support page of the sound card. Once installed and connected to the five-channel speaker system, the sound card was virtually non-functional. When testing the speakers, the sound went completely out of the other speakers than it was supposed to go, this was when testing the surround setup. The program automatically downloaded some updates that cannot be found on the manufacturer's website, and after these updates and a forced restart of the computer, the sound was adjusted and now works as it should. In the control program, compared to previous cards of this manufacturer, is very clumsily done setting the volume balance of individual speakers. And there are other shortcomings in the programme. But I managed to adjust everything in the settings as needed after a lot of tinkering, and the sound card works very well. If the manufacturer worked more on the control software I could give five stars, so I will only give four. Compared to my older sound card from the same manufacturer, which is already over a decade old, there is 100% support for Windows 11. For me, I can recommend the sound card, however, you will need to play around with the control software and set everything up and it will take some time. You need to make settings especially for the speakers, and especially for the headphones. One of the other drawbacks is the lack of any instructions for this control software. So I had to experiment. Another minor drawback is the blandly marked connectors on the sound card, so you don't know where to plug in which Jack from the speakers. As a plus I consider a separate connector for headphones, with a very high quality headphone amplifier. According to the manufacturer, it is separated so that it has a special amplifier for the left and right channel of the headphones separately and the sound should be better. So you don't have to constantly disconnect and reconnect the headphones, but just switch it from the control software to the speakers or headphones. I consider that a great advantage. But for those who want quality sound, a dedicated sound card is always a better solution than some integrated chips on the motherboard.

The first effect is that the difference between Realtek ALC 1220/4080 is minimal. But once you get used to the sound full of details, you can already tell that something is missing in the integrated card. This is noticeable at low volume and under load. With integrated, details are lost. Sound Blaster still sounds balanced.
After connecting to Win 11, nothing needed to be done. Right away the card was played. But I recommend downloading the drivers from the manufacturer's website. This opens up a lot of configuration possibilities. I haven't noticed any problems with the drivers.
I only use ditect mode and stereo 32 bit/384 kHz. The sound is wonderfully clear, especially with lossless audio sources.
Without the LED lights, it gets zero, zero nothing. The lights can be switched off. I did not connect the LED strip, so there was no need to deal with molex and other potential sources of interference.
I did not detect any interference or audible noise.
Outside of direct mode it can handle a maximum of 32 bit / 96 kHz.
Slightly drowning, but not terrible.
When I go back to the integrated sound card, it's somehow not the same. Sound Blaster is addictive.
If you don't play demanding games and just more or less listen to youtube or music / mp3 / streaming radio while working with Word or use mostly just speakers, I think the integrated ALC 1220 and higher card is already at a similar sound level as the Sound Blaster. I would probably talk you out of investing in a Sound Blaster. It's an excellent card for specific users, not a necessity these days.
If you are considering a connection via fiber optics, investing in this sound card makes no sense.

I bought this card in desperation of the fact that nowadays it is impossible to get a reasonable external USB or internal six-channel sound card, as well as optical way can not be transmitted in most cases more than two channels. I wanted to replace a device integrated on the board, which is massively disturbed (especially by the graphics card) and e.g. working in CAD is a symphony of all kinds of noises, splashes, squeaks, whistles, buzzes, etc. This soundbar is distorted a little less (I would guess about 50% attenuation), so it is an improvement, but for the price I expected more. The RGB LED lighting in the device cover, which is probably also the reason why the card is priced at such a level, is not much appreciated in a closed opaque PC case, however, the strip with 10 LEDs, supplied as an accessory, can be used (I appreciate that it has magnets on it in addition to the classic adhesive strip). In the control software you can then set the colour and intensity of the light. The preset "patterns" are static, i.e. they don't react to sound. The "aurora" mode, which is supposed to be adaptive/reactive, probably only responds to (some) games, which I haven't tried.
