Seven years between us

Six months ago, Clementine West lived through the worst day of her life when she lost her beloved aunt. So she came up with a plan to protect her heart from danger: she would focus on her work and avoid taking risks. She would build her career in publishing, where she might soon replace her boss, and only engage in casual relationships. It worked perfectly.

That is, until a strange man suddenly appears in the kitchen of her aunt's flat. A man with kind eyes, a mischievous smile, and a recipe for the best lemon cake. He longs to become a famous chef. He's exactly the type she could have easily fallen for before everything that happened. He’s almost perfect, but for one thing: he lives in the past, seven years earlier.

Clementine knows her aunt's flat is magical and that moments mix together there like watercolours. If she falls in love in the flat, she will endanger her fragile heart and her safe career. And love is all about timing. An insurmountable obstacle, one might say, but Clementine used to love impossible challenges. And maybe she'll get a taste for them again soon.
