The STATUS Viva 131106 vacuum container keeps food fresh for up to four times longer. This 2.6L glass vacuum container is made of borosilicate glass, which can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +300°C. This means you can use it in the oven, freezer and microwave. The tempered glass lid with a silicone seal and a two-stage valve ensures an airtight seal. After use, it can be washed in the dishwasher.

Durable borosilicate glass

The core of the STATUS Viva container is its borosilicate glass dish. This material withstands temperatures up to +300°C, so you can not only store food in it, but also bake directly in the oven. It also withstands freezing down to -20°C. The lid is made of tempered glass and features a silicone seal. All materials used are non-toxic and BPA-free. After use, the entire container can be conveniently washed in the dishwasher.

Vacuum sealing extends freshness

The container comes with a lid that has a two-stage closure with a vacuum valve. After extracting the air with a manual or electric pump (not included), a vacuum is created inside. This process slows down oxidation and significantly extends the shelf life of stored food, which retains its flavour and aroma for up to four times longer. The valve is used both to extract the air and to let it back in before opening the container. The system is compatible with STATUS pumps.

Practical design for everyday use

Thanks to its rectangular shape and flat lid, the container has a stackable design to save space in the fridge, freezer, and pantry. The 2.6L volume offers plenty of space for storing lunches, vegetable salads, or dinner leftovers. You can also use the container without the lid for heating in the microwave for a maximum of two minutes. The entire container is made in Slovenia and comes with an extended three-year warranty.

When heating in the microwave, always remove the lid and do not exceed 2 minutes. The vacuum pump is not included in the package.
