Dry drawing and watercolour effects

Staedtler Mars Lumograph pencils offer versatile use. You can draw with them like classic coloured pencils or blend their strokes with water and a brush to create impressive watercolour transitions. Thanks to the high concentration of pigments, the colours are rich and vibrant even after blending. High lightfastness and opacity contribute to the longevity of your artwork. A wide range of 120 shades provides plenty of options for a variety of painting techniques.

Durable lead and sustainable production

Each pencil has a hexagonal barrel that is comfortable to hold and does not slip in your hand. This shape is appreciated by both right-handed and left-handed users. Inside is a 3.6mm diameter lead that is highly resistant to breaking when dropped or sharpened. The pencils are made from wood that meets the requirements of PEFC certification. This means the material comes from sustainably managed forests.
