Ubiquiti AirMAX PrismStation Horn
Ubiquiti AirMAX PrismStation Horn
The Ubiquiti AirMAX PrismStation Horn WiFi antenna transmits a wireless signal in the 5.15 to 5.85GHz frequency band. This device operates on the 802.11ac standard and uses dual linear polarisation for efficient data propagation. Its outdoor design with a high IP65 rating reliably withstands adverse weather conditions and wind speeds of up to 200km/h, with a wind load of 56N. The antenna provides 15.5dBi of gain and a symmetrical 45° beamwidth in both horizontal and vertical planes for precise beamforming. The package includes a mounting kit, which simplifies attaching the antenna to a bracket or mast. The system uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) according to the 802.3af standard. This method combines data transmission and power into a single cable. This means you do not need to install a separate power supply at the mounting location, eliminating the need for extra cabling.
Key features of the Ubiquiti AirMAX PrismStation Horn WiFi antenna

Directional transmission
The antenna radiates a signal at a 45° angle in both horizontal and vertical planes. This narrow beam focuses energy in a specific direction and reduces interference from the surrounding environment. The device operates in the 5.15 to 5.85GHz frequency band, which limits conflicts with common home networks. The system maintains a stable connection over longer distances while preserving high throughput.
Outdoor-ready design
The IP65-certified housing protects the internal components from water and dust ingress. The design withstands wind speeds of up to 200km/h, which contributes to the stability of its physical mounting on a mast. The entire device weighs 1.3kg while maintaining compact dimensions. The antenna functions reliably in demanding weather conditions all year round.
802.11ac standard
Support for the 802.11ac standard delivers fast data transfer on the wireless network. The antenna uses dual linear polarisation, which increases data throughput by transmitting and receiving simultaneously. The 15.5dBi gain value contributes to a strong signal, even at the edge of its range. The device is ideal for building point-to-point or point-to-multipoint links.
