The Ubiquiti UDW - UniFi WiFi system combines the functions of a router and an access point with support for the WiFi 6 standard. This dual-band network device, in a white finish and weighing 8.6kg, allows for fixed wall mounting. Its computing power is delivered by a 4-core 1.7GHz ARM Cortex-A57 processor, supported by 4GB of RAM and 16GB of eMMC internal storage. The device works with a total wireless transmission speed. For instant network status checks and quick management, there is an integrated 4.7" touchscreen on the front panel.

Ubiquiti UDW wireless connectivity
The device uses the WiFi 6 standard for stable and fast wireless transmissions on both frequency bands. MU-MIMO technology efficiently serves multiple wireless clients simultaneously thanks to six internal antennas. The 5GHz band uses a 4×4 MU-MIMO configuration and the 2.4GHz band provides speeds of up to 300Mb/s with a 2×2 MU-MIMO configuration.
Network coverage and capacity
This network device can cover an indoor area of up to 140m². The entire system architecture supports a stable connection for more than 300 active users at the same time. Management is handled via the integrated UniFi Application Suite ecosystem, which brings together the Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect applications. The system can manage more than 100 associated UniFi devices and, for example, 12 HD cameras, 7 2K cameras, or 4 high-resolution 4K cameras.
WiFi system security
Network traffic protection is built on advanced security features, including an integrated firewall and an intrusion detection system. The device uses modern encryption standards to protect transmitted data from unauthorised access. It supports WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 encryption for a secure connection, and includes an Intrusion Prevention feature.
Connectivity options
The wired connectivity offers a wide range of ports for connecting end devices and high-speed lines. The rich port selection includes interfaces with support for Power over Ethernet with a total budget of 420W. There are 17 gigabit LAN RJ45 ports, of which 4 support PoE++, 4 PoE+, and 4 PoE. The device also offers one 2.5GbE RJ45 WAN port and two 10G SFP+ slots.
