This allows the pizza to be baked evenly on all sides without the need for manual handling. The result is a crispy bottom, fluffy edges and a perfectly balanced result every time you bake. The four burner system gives the Witt Etna Rotante Control oven exceptional temperature control. The combination of a three-segment main burner and booster allows precise adjustment as required. You can easily handle both high temperatures for pizza and a more gentle mode for other dishes.
Blu Blaze technology for a fast start
The Witt Etna Rotante Control pizza oven comes with innovative Blu Blaze technology, which uses an intense blue flame to heat up quickly. With the Witt Etna Rotante Control pizza oven you can prepare pizza really quickly. Once heated, it is ready in approximately 60 seconds. The pizza has a typical fluffy edge and perfectly cooked dough.
