Advanced YST II

Advanced Yamaha Active Servo Technology (Advanced YST) creates a unique system, where amplifier and subwoofer speaker operate as one. This results in a virtual distraction of the speaker impedance, and the speaker maintains excellent linearity. With this technology, the speaker can achieve higher volume levels as well as higher performance.
