We have been using the coffee maker for a short time, but personally I am very satisfied so far. It's easy to use, the coffee has a nice foam and is warm enough. With the nozzle it is easy to create a milky microfoam. With coffee from a roastery you can achieve a quality very similar to that of a café. The plastic that I would describe as "cheap" is the one on the additional espresso drip tray. I am also worried about the lever attachment under the grinder, which is also made of plastic and I am afraid that it will crack over time. Everything else shows that the manufacturer has tried to deliver a quality machine without compromise. If you want to enjoy a quality espresso at home and get some enjoyment out of making coffee, this is the right choice for you. If you're more of a milky coffee drinker, you won't be disappointed by the cappuccino preparation, which is fun thanks to the powerful steam nozzle. because the steam that this machine can produce is enormous, and the crema will also be used to create latte art, which I now have to get very good at.
