ARCTIC P14 Pro Reverse A-RGB White
The ARCTIC P14 Pro Reverse A-RGB White PC fan actively cools your computer build while putting a strong emphasis on clean aesthetics. As a reverse fan, it solves the problem of a visible support structure when used for air intake; its reverse airflow design draws air in from the opposite side. This 140mm ARGB PWM fan uses a fluid dynamic bearing for quiet and stable operation. It offers automatic speed control via PWM over a wide range from 400 to 2650rpm and supports a Zero RPM mode for complete silence under low load. The integrated addressable RGB lighting adds customisable lighting effects to your build.
Key features of the ARCTIC P14 Pro Reverse A-RGB White PC fan
- Reverse airflow design
- Fluid bearing with an extended shaft
- PST technology for easily linking multiple fans
- Supports Zero RPM mode under low load
- Speed range from 400 to 2650rpm with PWM control
- Integrated microcontroller reduces motor noise and balances load
- Automated balancing reduces vibrations during operation
Optimised design
The intake opening is shaped like a trumpet, and the blades have a teardrop design. This solution directs the airflow with reduced losses. This reduces air resistance, which limits turbulence and aerodynamic noise. The dimensions of the gap between the frame and the blades increase efficiency and contribute to higher static pressure.
Quiet motor and balanced operation
An advanced microcontroller takes care of motor control. Its job is to reduce motor noise, balance load fluctuations, and protect the electronics from power surges during startup or reverse polarity. Each fan goes through an automated process of measurement and balancing, during which a balancing compound is applied. This process ensures smooth operation and reduces vibrations.
Fan bearing
The fan uses a fluid dynamic bearing. This bearing design is complemented by an extended shaft, which improves pressure distribution inside the bearing and leads to reduced vibrations. The combination of the FDB bearing with the extended shaft contributes to quieter operation and overall durability.
Daisy-chaining and silent mode
PST technology simplifies cable management and the control of multiple fans. Thanks to an additional connector, several fans can be connected in series and controlled synchronously from a single PWM connector on the motherboard. The fan also supports a Zero RPM mode for complete silence under low load, stopping whenever the PWM signal drops below a defined threshold.
