The AXAGON HMA-CR3A metal USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) multi-port hub not only connects up to three USB devices to your laptop or computer simultaneously, but also adds an SD / microSD memory card reader. The hub's metal body is made of aluminium, providing perfect mechanical protection for frequent travel. Its elegant, finely textured surface prevents unwanted fingerprints. Rubber feet stop the hub from sliding around on your desk. The fixed 20cm USB cable is ideal for users of mobile devices. The compact multi-port hub also handles the permanent connection of several external drives. Thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, the transfer speed is up to 5Gb/s. Card reader
The card reader supports all versions of SD and microSD cards, including SDXC and microSDXC with capacities up to 2TB. The USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface ensures high transfer speeds. The card reader lets you work with cards in both slots simultaneously and copy directly between them. This USB multi-port hub is the ideal accessory for ultrabooks with a limited number of USB-A ports or a missing card reader. The hub has no problem connecting to phones using a suitable OTG or USB-A > USB-C adapter. You can connect a flash drive, keyboard, mouse, and add a memory card reader to your phone or tablet.
Power / Charging
USB bus power is sufficient for connecting low-power USB devices (mouse, keyboard, card reader, flash drive, etc.) or self-powered devices (printer, scanner, 3.5" external drive) to all three ports. The USB hub also handles the permanent connection of several external drives simultaneously. It charges mobile devices (including iPad) with a current of up to 1.5A in each of the hub's ports. The total charging current (which is divided between the ports) reaches up to 2.8A at 5V (depending on the capabilities of the computer's USB port).
