The Missing Corpse: A Brittany Mystery (Commissaire Dupin series, Book 7)
The seventh case for Commissaire Dupin—penguin-lover, caffeine-addict, and native Parisian exiled to Brittany, the end of the world… The forest of Brocéliande, with its picturesque lakes and châteaux, is considered the last realm of the fairies. It is steeped in a great many legends. What location could be better suited for the long-planned and constantly postponed team outing for Commissaire Dupin and his colleagues? But the murder of a researcher studying the legend of King Arthur throws a spanner in the works. Against his will, Dupin is appointed as the special investigator for an extremely brutal crime, which is quickly followed by others.
