Forest trap

A BRUTAL ATTACK ON A HAPPY FAMILY LEADS HER TO UNCOVER A TERRIFYING CONSPIRACY…

On a farm in the middle of a dense forest, the stabbed bodies of Dave Weber and his wife Joan are found. The cold-blooded perpetrator also attacked their son, Bryce, who is left in a coma. However, one thing complicates this seemingly straightforward case.

Next to the seriously injured Bryce lies another body: student Jessica Chandler, who disappeared from the university campus a few days earlier. Someone had tied her hands, and there are stun gun marks on her back and leg.

FBI Special Agent Nikki Hunt has never seen such a confusing crime scene. It seems Bryce and Jessica were dating, and the Webers were a happy family. Who would want to kill them?

Nikki initially believes a serial killer is behind the crime. But then she learns from Jessica's friend that she had a bad feeling about Bryce recently. When two of his friends also disappear, it becomes clear to Nikki that everything is completely different. Can she uncover the truth before someone else dies?
