FSP Fortron NE5
The FSP Fortron NE5 CPU air cooler maintains low operating temperatures for your computer components. Its design is engineered from the ground up for wide compatibility with modern processor sockets, including Intel LGA 1700, 1851 and AMD AM5. The cooling system consists of an aluminium heatsink, four copper heatpipes and a 120mm fan. The asymmetrical base design provides plenty of space for RAM and does not restrict the use of high-profile RAM modules.
Key features of the FSP Fortron NE5 CPU cooler
- Four heatpipes draw heat away from the processor
- Fan operates at a range of 800 to 1600 RPM
- Automatic PWM control adjusts speed to the current load
- Maximum noise level does not exceed 28dB
- Design provides ample space for RAM modules
- Support includes modern Intel LGA 1700/1851 and AMD AM5 sockets
- The fan has integrated ARGB lighting
Effective heat dissipation of the FSP Fortron NE5 cooler
The aluminium heatsink draws heat from the processor using four 6mm copper heatpipes. These pipes use Advanced Gravity Heat Pipe technology, which improves heat transfer to the fins of the passive section, especially when the cooler is installed vertically. A 120mm fan then dissipates the heated air, generating an airflow of up to 62CFM to quickly cool the entire structure.
Quiet operation and ARGB backlighting
The fan uses automatic PWM speed control, ranging from 800 to 1600 RPM. This adapts the speed to the processor's current load. Thanks to this control and anti-vibration pads, it maintains a maximum noise level below 28dB. Integrated ARGB diodes on the fan add lighting effects to your build, which you can synchronise with other components.
