Gerlach SOLID Meat cleaver
The Gerlach SOLID chopstick makes it easy to tenderize meat. The part with the larger teeth is ideal for preparing chicken and other tender meats, while the other side is suitable for pork and beef. It is made of tin and is completed with a chrome-plated shiny surface. The handle has a special ABS sleeve to ensure comfortable use and grip. The end of the handle is equipped with a loop, with which you can hang the mallet. The Gerlach SOLID chopstick is used to simply pat the meat.
