The HiLook PTZ-N2404I-DE3(G) IP camera offers a modern security system with a high resolution of 2560 × 1440 px and a smooth frame rate of up to 30 FPS. This advanced device has a horizontal viewing angle of 99.4° and reliable night vision with a maximum range of 20m. Thanks to its durable design with an IP66 rating and IK10 mechanical resistance, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor wall or ceiling installations. It supports flexible PoE network power as well as standard mains power and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C.

Image, Night Vision, Detection and Smart Features
The HiLook PTZ-N24 IP camera offers a high resolution of 2560 × 1440 px at up to 30 FPS. The 1/2.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor works with a varifocal lens with a focal length of 2.8 to 12mm. The field of view has a horizontal range of 32.8° to 99.4°. The device uses an infrared illuminator for monitoring in the dark with a range of 20m. Powered by DarkFighter technology ensures a colour image even in minimum light conditions of 0.005 Lux. The camera uses Motion Detection 2.0 technology to recognise events. The system classifies people and vehicles, which reduces the number of false alarms. Other features include line crossing detection, intrusion detection, and tampering. When an incident is detected, the system sends an instant notification to your mobile phone.
Sound and Communication
The device has a built-in microphone with a 5m range, which allows for clear audio recording in the vicinity of the monitored area. The integrated speaker enables full two-way communication in real time. In the event of a security breach, the camera can activate a warning audio alarm. There is also one audio input for external devices with an impedance of 1kΩ and one audio output with an impedance of 600Ω, and the system supports G.711, G.722.1, G.726, MP2L2, PCM and AAC-LC compression formats.
Recording Storage Options
An integrated MicroSD memory card slot with support for up to 512GB is used for local data storage. The security system allows for continuous 24/7 recording as well as saving to secure cloud storage, which is available exclusively from the manufacturer. Advanced ANR technology automatically ensures that the recording is saved to the card even in the event of a sudden network connection failure. Efficient H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and MJPEG compression significantly saves disk space.
Construction and Connectivity Options
The robust aluminium alloy construction ensures an IP66 rating and IK10 resistance against mechanical damage. The motorised drive offers smooth rotation from 0° to 355° and a tilt from 0° to 90° with an adjustable movement speed of up to 50°/s. The device has a 4x optical zoom. The compact body, measuring 130.7 × 130.7 × 101.7mm and weighing 560g, is equipped with TVS 4000V surge protection. A standard RJ-45 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface is used for network connection. The device communicates using a wide range of protocols such as HTTP, DNS, RTSP, DDNS, FTP, RTP, NTP, UPnP and Bonjour, and supports ONVIF (Profile S, G, T), ISAPI and SDK standards for easy integration into existing systems. For convenient setup and remote monitoring, the manufacturer's mobile application in Czech is available for Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
