How to make coffee in the Pedrini INFINITY 17380 moka pot
Pour cold water into the bottom chamber of the Pedrini INFINITY 17380 moka pot, exactly up to the level of the safety valve. Fill the filter with medium-ground coffee, level it to the brim, but do not tamp it down. Then, screw the pot together tightly and place it over a low flame or on an electric hob. As soon as the coffee starts to make its characteristic gurgling sound and fills the upper chamber, immediately remove the pot from the heat to prevent the coffee from burning and becoming bitter.
