Verloren in der Zeit: Der Ursprung des Menschen

After another trip through the time portal to find and stop Eduard Beck, Peter, originally from the 20th century, lands at the wrong time and finds himself in the deep past, at the very beginning of humanity. Bloodthirsty predators and the harsh landscape nearly bring him down.
He discovers two types of people: crude and cruel Neanderthals and not-too-different, but slightly friendlier and more intelligent humans. After initial hostile interactions with the locals, he realises that even in these conditions, he can survive through cooperation and friendship.
In addition to dangerous hunts and clashes with enemy warriors, he learns of the existence of a mysterious civilisation led by strange, bloodthirsty hybrids. It's only a matter of time before their paths cross.
