Hi, can I use these Brazil Cerrado beans for a V60 pourover? I am having Brazil Cerrado beans roasted in Thailand normally and use then for my pourover but you list them as suitable for espresso only, so I am not sure.

The AlzaCafé Brasil Cerrado coffee is sourced from the Sul de Minas region, the Cerrado region, where the savannahs are characterised by their climate and soil. Combined with an altitude of between 750 and 1 100 metres above sea level, a warm and dry climate and rich soil, this area provides ideal conditions for growing quality fruit with a distinctive flavour and aroma. After harvesting, the coffee is processed using the typical Brazilian pulped natural method, which gives it its characteristic flavour and aroma.
AlzaCafé Brazil Cerrado has a balanced taste and low acidity
The carefully selected combination of Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Catuai varieties creates a perfectly balanced coffee with a full body and low acidity and chocolate-nutty notes primarily intended for espresso. It is suitable for both lever and fully automatic coffee machines and is great for dairy recipes such as Cappuccino or Café Latte. However, the coffee is also suitable for alternative brewing methods such as French press, aeropress or cold brew, especially for those who prefer a less acidic coffee.
