A stand to help find the optimal height for your monitor. Under the rules of ergonomics, the monitor should be at a height where its upper edge is at least at eye level. However, most common monitors and desks are far below this, increasing spinal cord stress and back pain. This pedestal eliminates this situation and will contribute to your health and greater comfort, which you will certainly appreciate over long work sessions. It is also suitable for raising a laptop screen so it can be converted to a desktop monitor.
