The AXAGON PCEM2-XS internal adapter lets you connect an NVMe M.2 SSD to a desktop computer using the PCI-Express bus. Its high-quality workmanship, compact size, attractive design and clever cooling make the adapter the ideal choice for upgrading a desktop computer that doesn't have an M.2 slot. The adapter accommodates both single-sided and double-sided NVMe (PCI-Express) M.2 SSDs. The controller has no SSD capacity limit and supports M.2 cards up to 22×80mm. Thanks to the PCI-Express interface, you can achieve maximum transfer speeds. An LED indicator shows connection status or data transfer in the M.2 slot. The adapter is equipped with a ribbed aluminium drive cover, which also functions as a passive heatsink. With its large cooling surface and the included thermally conductive pads, the heatsink dissipates heat from both sides of the M.2 drive, achieving maximum cooling efficiency. This also makes it ideal for demanding PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSDs.
