Knife set maintenance
The knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but to maintain sharpness, gentle hand washing with warm water and dishwashing detergent and subsequent drying is recommended. For sharpening, a Fiskars Whetstone sharpening set or a Roll-Sharp sharpener is recommended . Keep the plastic block clean and dry.
