Sudden Strike 5: Deluxe edition - Xbox Series X
The Second World War Period
Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X takes you into large-scale tactical conflicts of the Second World War, where the outcome is decided by the correct timing of every order. During the 25-mission campaign, you will fight on historic battlefields in Europe and North Africa, using a wide range of tactics to achieve your objectives.
Strategic Points on the Map
In the large-scale battles of Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X, strategic points on the map play a crucial role. Capturing headquarters, supply depots, or railway stations will give you significant advantages, while destroying bridges and cutting off routes will slow down the enemy's advance and allow you to seize the initiative.
Utilise Reconnaissance and Sabotage
The path to success in Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X lies in the thoughtful use of reconnaissance, sabotage, and effective unit combinations. With multiple difficulty levels and the option to face both AI and real opponents, you will enjoy a variety of demanding tactical challenges.
EQUIPMENT
Authentic Units and Vehicles
Throughout the campaign, Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X will offer the largest number of units in the series' history. You will have more than 300 authentic units at your disposal, including over 190 vehicles and 110 infantry squads. You can deploy legendary equipment such as the Sherman tank for the Western Allies, the Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter for the German army, or the Soviet T-34 tank.
CHOICES
Various Tactical Options
The extensive maps that make up the battlefields in Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X provide extraordinary freedom in completing objectives. You decide which units to deploy, which targets to prioritise, and in which direction to lead the attack. Each operation offers multiple approaches and rewards thorough planning and the ability to react quickly to the evolving situation.
SPECIALISTS
Each Unit Has its Advantages
Commanders with unique abilities are a significant part of the command system in Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X. You will choose a specialist focused on offence, defence, or complex tactical manoeuvres. Individual abilities allow you to, for example, create smoke screens to cover advancing units or increase the accuracy of artillery support at key moments in the battle.
CAMERA
You Can Zoom In and Out on the Battlefield
Sudden Strike 5 Xbox Series X provides an enhanced camera system for a better overview of the battlefield. You can zoom out for a complete strategic view of the entire operation or zoom in right to the front line, where you'll gain detailed control over unit movement and combat actions.
