The Graef SKS 72010 electric slicer is a stylish luxury slicer in an all-metal design with a unique LED lighting concept. Smooth, quiet-running solid stainless steel blade Ø 170 mm - for the finest slicing results and even more flavour from your food. The smooth solid steel blade can be ground at home. Infinitely adjustable slicing thickness, 0-20 mm, with fine adjustment from 0-2 mm. Robust, anodised and wear-resistant aluminium stop. Quick switch and continuous operation switch: the slicer is always running or can only be run when cutting. Stainless steel cover plate - for less friction and easier slicing. Stable food trolley with lightweight operation and stainless steel tray. Safe for children thanks to the protective cover against switching on. Quick and easy cleaning - freely accessible surfaces, easy blade removal, removable wiper and trolley. Illuminates the setting scale and slicing area - provides a clear view of the food being sliced and the slicing thickness. When the stopper is loose and the disc is ready to slice, the slicer first lights up blue and then switches to red after 1 minute - providing a constant reminder of the loose stopper and exposed disc The pulsating indicator light signals standby after 5 minutes.
