The Guzzanti GZ 3611A mini oven is a compact yet fully-featured alternative to a conventional oven. With an internal capacity of 42 litres and a power input of 1300W, it provides ample power for baking. Flexible baking settings
The oven has several baking modes thanks to its separate top and bottom heating elements, each with a 650W output. To achieve evenly baked dishes, use the Turbo function, which circulates hot air throughout the interior. The mechanical controls use rotary dials to easily set the temperature, select a programme and activate the 90-minute timer. An indicator light shows when the oven is in operation.
Construction and easy maintenance
The oven’s interior has an enamelled surface, making it easy to clean. The steam cleaning function also contributes to simple maintenance. The door is made of double-glazed glass with a silicone seal, which reduces heat loss and contributes to more economical operation. This ensures the appliance complies with the European A13 standard for surface temperature safety. The interior is illuminated, and the height of the tray can be adjusted as needed.
